Release notes

What’s New

Recent improvements to offline access, account safety, reminders, and cloud-sync reliability.

Version 2.7.5

Latest
  • Cloud setup. Supabase configuration loads before Settings checks availability, and the app now reports actionable setup guidance when the server does not provide its public configuration.
  • Sync controls. Sync status, last-success time, and cellular data preferences now reflect the active cloud sync behavior.
  • Responsive calendar. Calendar headings remain aligned with day columns when scrolling on narrow screens.
  • Offline access. The app shell and key pages are available from the installed service-worker cache; local tasks remain available on this device. Cloud sign-in and sync still need a network connection.
  • More reliable sync. Cloud changes are queued locally and attachment uploads follow their task records. Cloud sync requires a signed-in account and a configured cloud backend.
  • Account separation. Local task reads and changes are scoped to the active account, including Firebase UID-based accounts.
  • Task reminders. Reminders are checked while a Planexa Task page is open. Browser notifications require permission and may show task text on your device.
  • Local App Lock. A device-local password gate can restrict workspace access. It does not encrypt data or replace account sign-in.

Version 2.4.9

  • Account profiles. Independent profiles with UID-based data separation.
  • Faster sign in. Improved account switching and saved-account selection.
  • Layout polish. Refined the fixed sidebar and responsive layouts across the app.
  • Install support. Add Planexa Task to your device as an installable web app.
  • Data control. Improved export, import, backup, and restore workflows.
